Made my life easier!

Had seen this island online for awhile before I finally purchased it. Wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money, but boy, am I happy I did. Yes, it took some time to assemble, but once we did (and I would definitely use two people to do it), and once we put it in place in my kitchen it has given me so much more counter space (I am basically using it to extend my counter) and made working in my kitchen alot simpler. There is ample room to store my KitchenAid mixer on the bottom shelf (one of my priorities), as well as other kitchen appliances. The wood is a little darker than the picture shows on my computer (not a problem for me) and the stainless is more "antique-y" than pictured. But not enough to make a difference for me. It actually makes it a bit warmer and not so "stainless-steel cold". Extremely sturdy and super functional.
Great island option!

I am so happy with this island. It is extremely sturdy, relatively easy to assemble and I have received numerous compliments. Please note - while it refers to a butcher block top - it is a beautiful wood top / stained, however it is not true butcher block. Still a great work surface though.

This is really great, sturdy and looks fantastic. Not too difficult to put together, it does take 2 people. The only issue is all of the holes were not milled properly so all of the screws would not fit. This didn't impact the stability of the Prep Table. Really beautiful with lots of compliments.

Very sturdy table that fit our space perfectly! Arrived in just 2 days and in perfect condition. Took about an hour to put together, was not very difficult to manage. Buyers should note that top is not a traditional butcher block and seems to scratch easily, but this doesn't bother us. Extremely happy with this purchase!
Top is darker than I expected.

The table is very nice. It was easy to assemble. Having a blanket to lay the top on as you work is a good idea. I thought the wood was going to be lighter like a traditional butchers block and was a little disappointed but it is growing on me and will work in the space for which it was purchased. Pros: Easy to assemble. Tools and bolts included. Cons: Wanted a lighter wood top.

Nice, sturdy table. I have a small studio with a kitchenette that has no counter space at all - so this purchase was perfect. It gives me just the amount of surface area I need to comfortably prep a meal, without taking up too much space. The height is just right as well. A bit difficult to build on your own (a second pair of hands would be nice), but the end product is fabulous!
Exceeded my expectations.

I use the top shelf for wine bottles. It does take two people to put together. The wood top is very pretty, not a true butcher block, I would never use it to cut on. I needed a piece in the kitchen to fill space. I use it also for buffet serving. All in all well worth the money in quality and appearance.

What a gorgeous piece of furniture for the price! I use it in my dining room for serving food and drinks. I also use the middle, and the bottom shelf for storing wine bottles. The top piece is a little darker (for butcher block) than I wanted but it looks great anyway.

Nice, sturdy piece of furniture and easy to put together. Cons: Butcher block top was a lot darker than anticipated so if you are looking for the traditional lighter color, you may be disappointed.

We are very happy with this beautiful table. We were surprise of the big size bit it's fine for us and we don't cook directly on it so it stays perfect. If you plan to cook everyday on it, there will be some visible scares.
