Island and stools are very sturdy. Delivery was very prompt. The only problem we had was that it is difficult to put together since it is so heavy and the hinges were not in the right place. Also, some holes for screws were not in the right place. It was advertised as distressed. No so, but it is beautiful.

I am very pleased with this island; it is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. Its size is perfect, even for a smallish kitchen and it was not difficult to assembly. I did it on my own and it took me 90 minutes without rushing. Just make sure you open the boxes in the right order (open the small one, get the instructions at the bottom and they will tell you which box is no. 1). Everything was carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. The stretchers of the barstools wouldn't align because the holes were misplaced, making the assembly impossible, but the company sent me replacing parts promptly.

This island has exactly what I wanted. It holds my garbage and recycle perfectly. The chairs came with it so I didn't have to shop for chairs. Drawers slide in and out smoothly. Well made. A great value.

I was nervous about order this item on line from the US But when we received it my husband and I are extremely pleased. It is just the right size for our kitchen and goes well with our cupboards. The product was packaged well so there was no damages in transport.

Product was easy to assemble and looks good. Came shipped in a couple boxes and the base and drawers were all pre-assembled. Works good for a little extra storage and counter space.

It is very well built and looks perfect in my kitchen. My husband is not very handy, so I had a friend who is a cabinet maker assemble it. It took him about an hour from start to finish and he was very impressed with the way it was made. The bar stools are very sturdy.

This breakfast bar fits in exactly with my rustic kitchen. It was fairly easy for my husband and I to assemble. Surprisingly, the chairs were the hardest part. I really like the solid wood top. Some minor concerns include the following; a couple of rungs on the chairs are loose and can't be tightened; the pull-up shelf is starting to sag at the hinges (don't lean on it); the unit does not come "distressed" looking. It is a flakeable paint that will distress with use. However, all the imperfections above fit in with the rustic look. If that's not the look I was aiming for, I would have been disappointed. I've had a lot of compliments on the unit.

Used for extra work space in the kitchen. It provides that along with beauty and elegant design. I can find nothing wrong about this piece.
