ADVANCED assembly required

You need to be a carpenter to put this thing together. In fact, I ended up having to hire one to assemble it for me which ended up costing me an additional $150. The description said assembly required, but it was more like complete rebuild required. It required the use of a drill and everything. If I hadn't had a little emergency fund stashed away, it would still be sitting in the box in my garage. I was not happy about that at all. Once it did get assembled it was beautiful and has worked out very well. The fact that it ended up being so costly and all the trouble I had to go through to hire a carpenter will really make me think twice about ordering furniture online again.

The assembly was surprisingly easy although the instruction left a lot to be desired. They should take a page from IKEA manuals. However, the reason for 3 stars is that the construction is not fool-proof, such as yours truly. A couple of the drawers are slightly skewed. You don't see it until you are looking for it. The painted wood does not look great either. I would advise folks to but the stained ones and stay away from the painted ones. Outside of these issues, I expect it to work fine.
Great kitchen cart- assembly was a breeze

This kitchen cart is great for a smaller kitchen. The quality is great for the price and its actually made of solid wood which is excellent for the price. My only gripe is about the doors. The hinges could have been made with newer concealed hinges instead of the older butterfly over mount hinges. I think overall this kitchen island cart should last a long time. I'm using it as an island and as a dining table. I've also bought two barstools to go with the island and it looks great! Fast shipping from wayfair too...
Great product great price
emi from Westminster, CA
Easy to assemble. Great color and very sturdy as well. The pull out draws can only be pulled out half way instead of all the way. But other than that it is a great product for the price. It doesn't look cheap at all. Very roomy as well!!
Good Quality Table

Product is sturdy and went together well. It serves its purpose well, although it could use a few more dividers for cooking utensils.
Love this island.
