I like the product. We had to make a few changes to it to meet our needs.

Delivery was fast and product arrive in great condition. No hassel return on parts we did not need and returned.

[...]There were a couple damaged parts and one knob on a cabinet doesn't fit correctly and won't tighten, but other than that, it looks beautiful! It didn't take my husband long to put it together either, but he's pretty handy. It's sturdy and solid, something we were looking for. It provides plenty of space to store DVDs and such, as well as for decorations. Overall, we're extremely happy with this purchase!

I just purchased a new 50" flat screen TV and it looks great. The side cabinets are great not only for stereo componants but for family photos as well. It was easy to assemble and since I have a plush carpet in the room by putting the silicone moving pads under the feet it is relatively easy to move.

Our 55" LCD HDTV fits perfectly.This is a beautiful piece. It matches the decor of our room.It's fairly well made and has a nice finish.It's easy to assemble if you follow the instructions and it's fairly sturdy once assembled.[...]Several rewiews mentioned the cam bolts and I have to say they weren't a problem for me. I inserted them but didn't overly tighten them and the cams engaged well. If the cams rotate until they bottom out take the piece off and tighten the bolt a little more. If they won't engage, loosen then a turn.The only issue I had were the hinge screws in one of the media tiers. I rung the head off of two of them. This was as much my heavy handedness as the weakness of the screw material. (NOTE:) To prevent this, lube the screws with bar soap before inserting them in the holes. If you do that, you should have no problem with them.The only other very minor issue I had was a dowel pressed into the wrong hole but a pair of pliers quickly remedied that.I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product again.

The pieces were machined incorrectly. The holes did not match correctly so the pieces would not go together very well at all. In fact, one piece came in not drilled at all.The locking hardware is cheap aluminum pot metal which breaks. Go to [...] and buy better quality hardware. Also, buy yourself some wood glue..you will need it. [...]

The entertainment center is an excellent value. It is attractively designed and is a perfect fit for our 50" flat screen TV. The installation took some time to complete, but it was well worth the effort. [...]

Very nice piece. Looks way more expensive than it costs. Once you figure the "trick" to assembly it goes easy but takes time. Do not screwstuds all the way in or when you twist cam locks you will snap them. Luckily I had extras from previous purchases. Need to find the exact depth then goes together perfectly.

Overall, this is a great unit. It's solid wood and the color is beautiful. But it wasn't packed properly, which caused scratched and gouged wood in places. Also, the metal hardware that's provided to assemble the unit is cheaply made and the hardware pieces kept breaking. Fortunately, we had extra hardware from a desk we had recenly assembled, so we used those pieces, which were a much higher quality. After the unit was assembled, it still seemed somewhat flimsy, so we're going to have to add some L-brackets on the backs of each shelving unit. But overall, still a beautiful piece.
