This desk is very sturdy. I must admit I was a little nervous when I saw all the pieces in the box (and how heavy it was)! But it took me about an hour to put together and it is very sturdy and expensive looking for the price. There is a matching hutch that really makes the desk look complete. That is sold separately.

Love the desk but I had to take a mental health break and walk away while assembling it! The tiny little Allen wrench and miniature socket wrench, coupled with the crazy corner locations of all the bolts, made assembling this thing a nightmare. Yes, I read the instructions that said, "Don't tighten the bolts until the end." But what the instructions neglected to say was, put the cross pieces between the legs BEFORE doing so! In addition, be careful to put the correct legs in the correct places -- the front legs have only a single hole (drilled for the cross piece) and the back legs have two holes each. The instructions do not clearly illustrate any of these considerations. Grrrr.

Loved the desk. The off white colore was perfect with the other bedroom furniture

Attractive, sturdy. Looks lovely in my spare room. Not difficult to assemble either.
bad quality wood and a lot of assembly issues!

hi, when I got this desk I though it will be the easiest thing to assemble. I was really wrong. Whoever (if anybody) did quality control of these desks did not do a good job at all. Three of the legs were ok and no problem to screw them with bolts to the table. The last one was not possible at all because the corner wood piece of the table, which has pre-drilled holes on it, was placed (screwed and glued) upside down, so the holes on it did not match the ones on the leg. I have to get my drill and a wood boring piece to make the corresponding holes. I then noticed that the wood used was of low quality (likely pine) but luckily I was able to screw the last leg without any further problems. The last problems were when trying to place the stretchers. Again, the holes to receive the stretchers were pre-drilled on the wrong surface of the legs, and that force me to have to drilled new holes to finish the assembly. I could have (and maybe I should have) sent the whole thing back, but I imagined that repacking the whole thing and shipping would have been more pain than me fixing this piece of furniture.Good luck!

Like the look and color but the drawers were pre assembled and don't slide all the way closed. They seem be be put together crooked or something

This desk has been so great in our home. I have it in one of my kids rooms and it works really well. It is sturdy and functional for the price.
Looks nice; poor QC

The top was delivered damaged. It appears to have been damaged at the factory; the box showed no apparent damage. I had to contact the manufacturer directly to get it replaced. There's also a significant gaps where the legs meet the crossbar at the bottom; this is probably due to being a natural product (wood).

Easy to assemble and pretty sturdy. Put it together in less than 30 minutes after a long day at work. The desk is good quality.
