Oooops! Watch closely when you're doing this assembly. I mistakenly used the wrong size screw on the headboard and one of the screws popped right through it. It's not very noticeable, thank heavens! There are two different sized screws that come in the hardware package, but seriously there's only like a 1/8" difference between the two and you can barely tell they're different sizes, but it makes a HUGE difference in the assembly. We really like the end result and the look of the bed though. It's a great piece of furniture. We'll definitely be shopping here again!

The bed is really cute, but was difficult to put together. The square curved attachments for the bolt threw me for a loop and certain bolts seemed too short. I tried to reach the manufacturer who never responded. Finally, I hired someone to put it together. (I noticed that he did not use the square curved attachments). But the bed is now together and it looks great. I had no trouble putting together the matching night tables.

We purchased this bed for our beach house along with matching bedside tables. The bed was relatively easy to assemble, is sturdy, and best of all, looks great in the bedroom. It looks just like it does in the photograph. We have been pleased with our purchases from Wayfair and are planning more purchases in the future.

This bed is great. Easy to assemble. It took an extra pair of hands to setup, but only at one point. Pretty much was able to do it all myself! It's sturdy and I love it. The clearance underneath is a bit snug. I wasn't able to fit a standard underbed plastic bin beneath the side rails, so I did purchase risers.

I ordered this bed in a queen for my daughter. The hardware was not the correct size and was replaced promptly through Wayfair. We have had the bed for a month, it's really pretty and sturdy and does not squeak. I have pottery barn bedding on it and the bed looks like a PB piece too. Great bed and great price!

It's exactly as displayed (note: the rails are a bit too low for normal-sized under bed bins so you'll need risers). It assembled fairly easily, though I did need an extra set of hands toward the end. It's completely stable and looks beautiful!

nit looks good, after I finally got it assembled. About half the helicoil threads were so full of crud that the bolts could not be threaded in. Luckily I had the correct size tap to clean out the threads, otherwise there is no way the frame could have been assembled. That was a bit time consuming. The other issue was some hard moled half circle spacer washers that I could not install without filing about 18 inch off each one, and even with that I had to pry the bolts they went on out from there resting position to get the spacers started, then hammer them on far enough to get the bolts started. I did get them all in, although the misalignment was enough on one corner that the frame started to crack so I stopped without tightning that one the full way. All in all it took maybe 4 hours to assemble what would have probably taken no more than an hour had the issues above not been in the way. But, once you get past the assembly issues the bed looks fine. If you are not prepared to do the additional work I described, you may be returning the unit so keep that in mind before you order!

I bought a few different pieces of bedroom furniture and my son said this was by far the most difficult piece to put together. Funny because just looking at it he thought it was going to be the easiest. Directions are hard to follow and it's probably better to have two people to do the job. I love the bed though. It's beautiful and excellent quality.

Well made and sturdy. Nice finish and attention to detail in design. Be advised that color is more a red oak than a golden oak.
