My grand-daughter loves the bed. I think the bed is well made, the only complaint I have is the instruction booklet. I think the instructions could of been a little clearer. I also needed to go to the hardware store and pick up a few more nuts for putting the bed together.

I've purchased quite a few things from this site and I've been very pleased with all of the items, including this bed. No complaints or surprises at all.

My 12 yr old loves her new futon bunk bed. We were able to assemble the bed in a couple hours..no big deal. The bed was delivered on time and completely intact.

I am VERY pleased with this purchase. It is a wonderful, sturdy bed, and exactly what I needed. The ONLY reason I did not giv it five stars, was because some of the instructions on assembly were confusing and unclear, and it took extrat time to re-do and change some things that were backwards, and also, the pack that the csrews and hardware were in, broke open during shipping, and they were all rolling around loose in the box. Scary! Thought for sure some would be missing, but we lucked out.

I bought two of these, one in each color. The beds are lightweight but sturdy. My kids love them. Very easy to put together with 2 people. It does take a while for one person to assemble. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase.

Very good futon mattress for the price. It is pretty thick and comfortable to sit on. My daughter is currently taking a nap on it, so it must be good to sleep on as well. It is a plain black cover, but looks good in the room.

Ordered this bed for our guest bedroom. We love that it can sleep our daughter and her family, and that we can then fold up the futon and have the extra space. Assembly took some time, but the finished product is well worth the effort. Love the white finish too. I can switch out the bedding often and not worry about it not matching. Great, great purchase!

We bought the bed for my youngest son. We use the futon for family reading time and for sleepovers. He captures it best..."I don't like the bed....I love it!!!" My son's only complaint, which was noted in a few other reviews, was that the medal ladder rungs are hard on the feet. Styrofoam pipe insulation was the easy fix for that. While there were many parts, it was an easy build due to the easy to read directions, clearly marked pieces, and separated hardware.

we purchased two of these items for our cabin on the beach. they are well made. Perhaps, a little bit wobbly and creaky for daily use but great for cabin use.
