The end result is an attractive piece of furniture. If properly assembled the stand is fairly sturdy. It shares the same flaws of laminateMDF furniture in being vulnerable to scratches and dents, but the darker color is usually easy to 'fix' with dark markers. Assembly is a bit time consuming and instructions can be unclear in a few places. The construction design is only moderately well thought out with a multitude of pieces. There are many steps where orientation of the piece is critical but can be a little unclear. Shipping was prompt and packaging was great. I didn't need to contact the manufacturer and can't speak to customer service. Overall an excellent value for an inexpensive piece of furniture. Although quality is as expected, it does not look cheap to the casual observer.

Love the style of the stand. Finish is what was expected (we purchased another stand like this for the other room). Unfortunately, this stand came with a few noticeable scratches on the doors. Instead of sending the entire stand back (too expensive to ship), we are contacting the manufacturer (Walker and Edison) to hopefully get a new piece to replace the one that was scratched badly (one of the doors).

Great product, very happy with my purchase.. Nothing fancy but serves its purpose and doesnt look bad couldnt expect more for the money.

Very practical..attractive and affordable!

This unit is easy to assemble and made of quality materials. It is sturdy and attractive, and it easily holds my 52 inch TV. However, and this is annoying although it's probably my own fault for not paying enough attention to the advertised product details, the shelves were not deep enough to accommodate any of the four components which service my TV, namely: directv box, receiver, blu-ray player and vcr player. I had to cut holes in the back panel to fit them in. Nevertheless, this is still the best made and best looking unit I've come across.

The kit should have included more glue. There was about half the amount that I could have used. Since there were so many joints to glue, there was no way to tell how the glue provided should have been allocated to each joint.

Compact and attractive. Not too large for small room - I have a small condo living room and it fits well. Clean lines, good color and uniform color. Doors hide clutter. Sturdy, but heavy.
