I've been using this for a while and I can do just about every workout in the cage except for the inclined bench. There is no way to set the incline at a normal angle and still work in the cage. It's a little too narrow so I either have to use low incline or come outside the cage. I never used the lats pull down so I can't comment how the cable performs.
