Holland Bar Stool Catalina 25" Swivel Counter Stool - HBS25820

They were about half of what I was going to pay for them at my local kitchen store. I was unsure about the upholstery color on the seat so I called customer service. The woman that helped me was so great ( I wish I could remember her name). She took my order and confirmed with me the next day that the material was still available. She gave me her direct line to her desk in case I had any problems. The bar stools came in perfect condition and exactly on time! I could not be happier!

Hillary R. made the backorder experience not so bad, and when the chairs were not what was expected, she made it right. Without her, I would have cancelled my order and gone to a different supplier to get these chairs.

I was a little worried about ordering these bar stools over the internet but I had nothing to worry about. The stools arrived ahead of schedule. They were easy to assemble. They fit my breakfast bar perfectly. They are comfortable and look very nice in my kitchen.

I was close to going with the pewter but read it came very dark in the comments, I paid the extra and went with the stainless. Really happy with them!!

We love the stainless appearance but were a little disappointed with the finishing on the back of the chairs. There appears to be a discoloration on the back.[...]

These stools look great at our kitchen island and go perfectly with the stainless appliances and soapstone counters. The only drawback is that the metal does ding the soft soapstone so we've had to put "bumpers" on the sides.

[...]Nice size and weight, great smooth swivel with a lifetime guarantee. My only complaint is that the solder which connects the X bars to the back of the chair does not match the overall finish (It's almost not noticeable.) My kids love 'em.

The quality of these stools seem to be very good. I was very reluctant to purchase something like this over the internet, but everything went smoothly. The only thing wrong (and I was worried about this) is that the metal finish I ordered doesn't look like I thought it would. I ordered pewter, and it really looks black to me. I don't know if it was a mix-up, or if that's just the way the pewter looks. Other than that, they are great sturdy stools....I would definetely reccomend Wayfair to my friends.
