Hokku Designs Brick Modern Five-Shelf Shoe Cabinet with Two-Drawer in Coffee Bean - EL-6138

So, just to provide a bit of context for this review... over the years, I have bought several pieces of furniture that require assembly. A children's loft bed, a platform bed and night stand, entertainment center, coffee table, lingerie chests, 4 drawer chests, dresser, book shelves, and the list goes on and on. This is BY FAR the worst purchase of this sort that I have ever made. I could go on and on but here are just a few of the things that bothered me about this item: - Drawers: the drawers are not on any kind of tracks, they simply slide in and out of the open whole, you insert a dowel to make sure they don't fall out. - Finish: While the color is beautiful, one of the cabinet doors arrived with scratches all over it, and the other door and one of the sides had circular abrasions where white was exposed. Also, every time you touch this it will leave fingerprints...I haven't ever had this happen before. - Hardware: Cheap, cheap, cheap...the heads broke off of two screws during assembly and the nails used to affix the back board bent so easily! Ridiculous. - Instructions: Less than stellar. Like I said, I am used to slightly crapping instructions...but these were the worst ever. The only saving grace about this thing is that it holds shoes and the drawers are somewhat convenient even given the sub-par design.

I don't have much of an entryway. Many shoes end up at the front door. This shoe cabinet had a great price and sleek look. The only thing I need to do is probably line the shelves inside. It holds at least 18 pairs of our shoes. Some work boots take up more space. This cabinet also came in 2 days. Speedy fast. I was happy with the product, price and delivery.

Nice style, very sturdy, and now all my shoes are in a nice storage cabinet. Bonus drawers are useful for key holders as you walk out the door, and it goes well with my modern furniture.

The delivery came sooner that expected, very impress.

This product came a little bit later than the promised date. It looks nice but the quality of the wood and the polish on it is not the best because some corners are scratched and does not look like it is new The space is very good. Lots of space and it looks fashionable.
