Just what I wanted
Mary from Urbana, IL– Verified Buyer
This is a gorgeous piece of furniture. After not finding anything in the local stores, I took to the internet. I wanted a TV stand that was a little taller, not too deep and that wouldn't completely dominate the room. I couldn't be more pleased with this selection. It arrived in just a couple of days and had the most detailed assembly instructions I've ever seen. My only complaint is that the clips that hold the glass in the doors require a tiny, tiny screwdriver, so it took some time to get them attached. However, when completed, I was delighted to find that this is exactly what I wanted. It's sturdy, has great storage space, easily holds my 42" TV, and the concern I had about the bottom shelf bowing was eliminated immediately because there's actually a little "foot" that supports the center of the shelf. Perfect for my room and at about half the cost of the ones I saw in the stores.
The Style is What You Pay For

First and foremost, this stand looks fantastic once it is set up. You can tell when you look at it closely that the materials are not the highest quality, and the finish leaves strange fingerprints that take a bit of scrubbing (I have used a Magic Eraser and a microfiber cloth with a mild vinegar/water solution) to get free, but sitting there it has a nice appeal and adds to the room.

I looked at so many different TV stands and finally chose this one for it's contemporary look and taller height. I read many of the reviews which were pretty positive. It did take me about five hours to assemble. It would have gone a bit faster if my screw gun was working (even though they say not to use one), or I had had help. Following the directions was easy though. I've put together a lot of furniture similar to this. I would caution people about over tightening, in particular the bolts that lock the pieces together. Several of them broke, but I was glad to see there were a few extras, so I had enough. I'll be placing mine on some silicone sliders to make it easier to move on the carpet since it is somewhat heavy. Also will be adding some pieces inside at the back to help secure it to the wall since I live in earthquake country. There is an additional support on the bottom in the center of the shelf which gives it more support and stability. I have yet to place my electronics in it and find out whether overheating or lack of ventilation is a problem as some reviews had said, but I'm not worried. Seems easy to make more holes in the back if necessary. The finish is nice, and mine arrived quickly and without any issues. I would recommend this piece.
Absolutely perfect TV stand
Mary from Urbana, IL
I looked at literally dozens of TV stands, in stores and online, and even considered having one made, when I found this stand at Wayfair. It is taller, which I needed, and has the look of a piece that would have cost twice as much. It took a while to put together, but that's because I did it alone. The instructions are so detailed that just about anyone could follow them. The part that frustrated me was attaching the clips that hold the glass in the doors, because it requires a tiny, tiny screwdriver, and it was hard to get a good grip in it. This stand is very well made and my only concern going in - that the bottom shelf would bow - is not even an issue because there is a little foot under the middle of the shelf! Great planning! I could not be happier with this stand and with Wayfair. Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting an end to my search.
Challenging to Assemble
Babette from Mauldin, SC
Finished product was beautiful and the price was comparable to other places I shopped, probably even cheaper because shipping was free at Wayfair. There were 2 of us putting it together following the step by step instructions and 2 different times we had to call the company for help. They were awesome and understanding, but it did get frustrating for us because we had to take apart all the work we had done to fix a small, yet important piece that was not labeled correctly. I love the profile of this piece of furniture, it takes up half the space as the older cabinet that we used for a tube TV. I like the fact that the 2 drawers are made to perfectly fit our DVD's each drawer will fit about 21 DVD's. The bottom shelf is nice to place baskets for extra DVD's or knick knacks.
Nice TV Console
Summer from Kansas– Verified Buyer
The console was pretty easy to put together, I did most of it by myself in a couple hours. My husband got home when I was putting the glass in the doors, so he helped with with that and then put the doors on. There were a couple wholes didn't match of perfectly. After I had it all put together I noticed there are two dings on the front of the console. They are not that noticeable and I honestly didn't do anything because I didn't want to take it all apart again. Other than that I love the console and I plan to get some baskets to store items in on the bottom shelve because only half of our DVDs fit in the two drawers.

This was quite difficult to put together, it has so many little pieces and parts. It took my husband several days to complete, but in the end was worth it. There is one shelf on each side that is adjustable, and holes in the back for the cords to go through. We were able to get all of our media and data boxes put away neatly inside. It looks great in our tv room. The remotes work through the glass, which is great. I think it is a good value for the price.

We bought this with all intentions on using as a tv stand, however I was hoping for a piano black finish not a matte finish. Bu I loved it so we are not using as a v stand rather as our liquor cabinet in another room. It's perfect. We took out the shelves and put approximately 12 bottles in each side, used the drawers to store stir sticks etc and on top displayed our shaker set along with some martini glasses. Love it.

I bought this TV stand, to use as a buffet. It works perfectly because the depth is much narrower than a buffet. It gives plenty of room to pull the dinning room chairs in and out without hitting into it. I was very pleased that it arrived so quickly and even though I didn't put it together, my husband and son only had trouble putting the very tiny screws in that hold the glass in the doors. I get many compliments on it!
I love the TV stand
Amanda from New Mexico
It is very nice and I love it. The only thing there was a crack on the framing of one of the window slot (on the wood). We were able to fix it and it is fine now. On a scale of 1 to 10 on putting it together I would give it a 5.
