Hillsdale Swivel Bar Stool - Jefferson 30" with Cushion

We were ecstatic to find a perfect match for our counter top and formal dining room chairs. It's as if the chairs and bar stools were made from the same manufacturer (which are not). Now we're looking for more furniture a to add to our set. This was a good buy,

Great stool at an affordable price. You get what you pay for with stools. The stool is well made and sturdy for its price.

Product assembly pieces quality was very good and assembly was straightforward. It helps to have an extra pair of hands during assembly. Finished product is sturdy and non-wobbly; swivel works smoothly. Excellent hardware except attachment of seat cushion using wood screws. This seems, to us, a little marginal, but since seat cushion is round/symmetrical, should screws loosen over time the cushion could be rotated slightly (30-45 degrees) and screws reset. Also, one of the leg casters had been driven in too hard and had exposed the nail head. We applied caster pads to all four legs for safety and prevention of damage to our floor (Congoleum vinyl). Had the seat attachment been more robust and positive as were the wood frame bolts and the mishap with the caster not been present we would have ranked this item a five. Still, an excellent price with the added discount.

The stool is sturdy and easy to assemble. I am using it in a finished basement, and the color goes well with the other furniture. I would recommend this product to other people.

Our family got four of these barstools to furnish and add another dinning area at our kitchen island counter. They are attractive, sturdy, relatively easy to assemble (this is me saying it, someone who has put together a fair amount of furniture), and most importantly to us... they have a back so we can relax and they swivel (more fun!) I would highly recommend these barstools based on price, quality, and attactiveness.
