Hillsdale Oak Tree Headboard - 1810/1811

The Oak tree headboard is just as it appears in the pictures, fantastic. It arrived in perfect condition, and looks great with my other home furnishings. The only reason it’s getting 4 stars is because of the fact if you want to attach this to a regular mettle frame such as you would get at a bed store as part of a set, the hardware to attach this headboard does not come with the frame. The information for this product does tell you that the hardware is not included with the headboard, but does not tell you that the hardware will not come with a cheep mettle frame. Not really a big deal since you can get the bolts in a hardware store, but something to keep in mind if you have a frame from a mattress store. On the whole I really love this headboard and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a light colored piece of furniture!

I received this item in excellent condition. I looks exactly as advertised. It went well with our other bedroom furniture and was easily installed. Overall we are completely satisfied with our purchase.

This is a nice headboard but do not let the name fool you. It ia NOT made out of oak but a type of light colored mahogany. Also it is made up of many pieces of wood but spliced together nicely so it is only noticable to a close inspection. Having been a carpenter for 40 years, I noticed it right off. For the price, I could not make & finish it, so based on that I would say it is a good deal.

Used in Grandsons bedroom. Is perfect for him. Well made and sturdy, will last a long time!

good value, good product, real wood

It was difficult to choose a headboard online without really seeing it and determining the quality of the product. After looking at what seemed to be hundreds of headboards we chose the Hillsdale Oak Tree headboard due to the way it looked in the pictures and the fact that it was real wood, not partical board. It is absolutely beautiful and goes with the other furniture in our guest room. We have a bit of a hodge-podge of furniture in the guest room due to two pieces coming from my wife's family. They are a very light ash wood and the dresser is a light cherry. The oak color of this headboard is in between and helps pull the colors together. The headboard itself goes very well with the rest of the furniture and is well made. We would highly recommend it. The delivery time was super fast and we are extremely satisfied with the service and the headboard!
