The hammered copper back is stunning. The seats are plush and comfortable and the joints, swivels, footrails are excellent quality. Not flimsey at all. These have made a great addition to our ski lodge/condo and people are commenting on them everytime they see them. Service Review I was surprised at how quickly the barstools came. We are up in the mountains, about 35 miles from the closest town and figured it would take weeks to get them, but it only took a few days. Excellent!! Was this helpful? Yes / No
doc from Slidell, LA	4.0 2/20/2012 Easy to put together, one slightly wobbly at first Product Review I bought 2 counter stools. Previously I bought two of the same model but shorter. Assembly was easy. I used a power driver and low torque settings and had already done two before so it took about 10 minutes a barstool. Without power tools I estimate 45 minutes. But since I have them and know how to use them it was very easy for me. The metal is a glossy dark-brown to black and the copper is "hammered" but obviously done by a press as it is identical on each chair and no hammer spots overlap. Still, it is pretty attractive, though I think I will get the seats recovered to match some other leather seating. Service Review One was slightly wobbly at first. I contacted Wayfair by e-mail when they emailed me to ask if there were any problems. I got no response. The problem actually corrected itself when I sat on it a few times so I did not need to go any further. There is a ton of a packing. It is easiest to take each screw, put a lock washer on it first then either a curved or flat washer. Beware, the curved washers stick together. They give you no extras, so be careful.
