It has a hard bump like a nail or something was left under it right in the middle. The finish is beautiful, but one chair had a few scratches. I'm living with the scratches because they are not that noticeable. Overall, it is beautiful!! I really wish the other chair cushion was more comfortable. Was this helpful? Yes / No
