The website said these are 41.75 inches tall. We thought this was perfect to fit just under our 42 inch counters so when they swivel they don't hit the counters. Unfortunately they are over 43 inches high. But we will keep them anyway because they look really nice and are comfortable. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Modifications were required; one of the two stools I bought was missing a drill hole on the lower foot rest support ring. Luckily I'm handy when it comes to carpentry. Was this helpful? Yes / No
