I love the stools, the seat cover is gorgeous and the swivel works great and my young teenage son easily put the together. [...] The only thing.... the stools are GIANT in diameter. I used to have four stools at my counter so I bought four of these and only three can fit comfortable. I am keeping the fourth to pull up on the other side of the counter as needed, but I really only should have purchased three stools to fit my space. My bar stools were the icing on the cake after an emotionally draining kitchen remodeling. They are sturdy yet elegant, modern yet classic. The only problem I had was getting the right height/size for my island and unfortunately I had to return the initial order because they were too big and had to order smaller ones. Upon reordering, I noticed that Wayfair was selling the ones I needed at an additional 50% off because they had been returned and they couldn't be resold as new! It took me only a few days of looking on line to get them all at a reduced price. Apparently, getting the right size on the first order is difficult so Wayfair has a high return rate for them. But it was worth it to me. By the way, if the base of your island is 36" with a granite counter top then you will probably need a 27.5" stool."..."  Read more
