The picture lead me to think this would be a very sturdy & comfortable bar stool. not the case. small seating area. difficult to get on as you slide off the vinyl seat and can't put too much pressure on the foot rest. overall a disappointment and reminder if you can't sit in it and try it our best to not buy online. One positive note - the wood is very nice and the color tones are warm. I will use them temporarilty and eventually sell them on craig's list and buy a better quality. Was this helpful? Yes / No
