Great chairs for the price Ordered and received three chairs in just a few days. The chairs were well packaged and there was no damage from transportation. There is some assembly required. The only tool needed is an allen wrench, and there is one included in the hardware package of each chair. The first chair took me 16 minutes to assemble, and the subsequent chairs took 11 minutes. The hardware was well packaged, and there were a few extra washers and screws in case you lost one during assembly. Once the chairs were assembled, we placed them next to our counter and they fit perfectly. They swiveled correctly too. The chairs are well constructed, and have good weight to them. Some of the other reviews said the legs could damage a wood floor, and that's true. However, I have ceramic tile, and they work very well there. The only drawback is that I only ordered three chairs, and now I wish I'd ordered a fourth. |

Caution if you have wood flooring Product Review Overall a good stool. However, on our wooden flooring the small (almost pointed) feet make indentations in the floor. So now we have to find pads or new feet to protect the floor. What a pain! Service Review Very good. |

Hillsdale Cierra Black 26 Swivel Counter Stool Product Review I had originally selected this design because I wanted a swivel stool that was both counter pub-table (not full-bar) height and comfortable as well as rugged enough to withstand a brick-floor ad-on room with possible humidity issues. This was the only choice that satisfied all requirements as well as having colors matching most small metal-frame cocktail tables. But I had almost given up having a set of two when I compared prices- thats why this half-price sale was almost a godsend. Unlike similar ones by this manufacturer the nonporous material used as seat coverings is easier to keep clean than woven fabric while the fully-padded back provides the user with more than just a place to sit but to actually relax in full comfort... All in all, well done! Five stars from me. The stools not only appear unused in pristine condition but all hardware is included for assembly. I got exactly what I wanted. Service Review Only down side is the fact when they arrived I saw Made In China printed on the crate. Having signed a pledge earlier to boycott products from this country I now have to deal with significant moral issues this fact brings up. My house is small and add-on a work in progress so have not been able to set them up yet. Soon as I find a cocktail table not made in China I will be ready however. |

Happy customer Product Review The fasteners were loose in 1 of the boxes, but we found them all. Easy to assemble, comfortable and solid. Will look good in our re-modeled kitchen. Service Review Delivery was quick and the stools were in good condition. |

Chairs are chic! Chairs look good -- because of the pewter finish, they blend in very well with kitchen. The finish is matte so you don't have shiny chrome as the focal point. Other than the swivel not moving freely, I was pleased. |
