I usually order my camping gear online from Campmor. In fact, I did order this item from them online, only to learn a week later via telephone that it was "out of stock". Imagine my surprise when I discovered this specialty item on the J.C. Penney web site. The quality of this item was already known to me beforehand, but the great service and price was a really big surprise. I read somewhere that a former executive at Apple was now taking charge at J.C. Penney. Hope it proves a win-win-win for the company, its employees and its customers. If you continue to give your customers "good deals" and "great service", you will win our loyalty and business.
