I usually order my camping gear online from Campmor. In fact, I did order this item from them online, only to learn a week later via telephone that it was "out of stock". Imagine my surprise when I discovered this specialty item on the J.C. Penney web site. The quality of this item was already known to me beforehand, but the great service and price was a really big surprise. I read somewhere that a former executive at Apple was now taking charge at J.C. Although I haven't been able to use this backpack yet I'm very please with its compartment space/layout and the overall style. The included rain cover is a plus as well as the GPS/cell phone holder.
