this was a awesome pack. i took it backpacking through Germany and it held up while being very comfortable. that was my first trip with it so we'll see, I'm back on the road again soon and will keep you guys posted.

I usually order my camping gear online from Campmor. In fact, I did order this item from them online, only to learn a week later via telephone that it was "out of stock". Imagine my surprise when I discovered this specialty item on the J.C. Penney web site. The quality of this item was already known to me beforehand, but the great service and price was a really big surprise. I read somewhere that a former executive at Apple was now taking charge at J.C. Penney. Hope it proves a win-win-win for the company, its employees and its customers. If you continue to give your customers "good deals" and "great service", you will win our loyalty and business. This pack is amazing! Loads of space, can be adjusted multiple ways and its extremely durable. My personal favorite feature is how accessable it is you can enter the main compartment from the top (as per usual), the large back pocket also has a hidden access spot and the bottom has a flap that can be taken out to increase the size of the main compartment or access the main compartment from the bottom. No more emptying the pack to find an item lost at the bottom! Top pack, hands downs!

Service was phenominal. Anything that happened with my delivery was e-mailed to me immediately. the delivery was held back 5 days later (ordered in the christmas season) then the initial expected arrival date but like I said wayfair notified me right away, assuring me the would get the pack out as soon as possible and gave me a new expected arrival date. Side note - It came to about 180 because it was shipped to Canada but thats still 100 off the retail price. Cant really complain with that.

Great looking pack. Tons of storage space. The rain cover and GPS holder are an added bonus. Pack seems well built and put together. Can't wait to take it on the trail.
