The only problem we have had is the zipper has not kept up. The pulley has fallen off. The bag still functions, it is just an inconvenience. Was this helpful? Yes / No

With traveling over 100K miles by air per year this bag gets abused so making sure that it lasts is very important to me the last bag lasted 5 years and the only problem was a zipper failure from over stuffing.
