Ok this one is great ! It pairs well with the desk I also bought from wayfair ! Only con that I have is that it’s not super comfortable but that can be fixed with a cushion maybe . Chair is definitely big. Very easy to put together. I received my order on March 11. The box was torn up probably from FedEx delivery. Once I got the package inside I proceeded to open it. There were no instructions and it was missing a very vital part that connected the chair to the base. I contacted Wayfair customer service to first report the condition of box and that I was missing the instructions and part. They were very helpful. Very professional and kind. She tried to locate the instructions for me. But she also reported contacted the manufacturer. I received email the next day with the products instructions and was very apologetic. I replied with reported part. I received email last week that part was no longer available but they would send me a replacement chair. I received the chair today. The chair is attractive and the wheels roll smoothly. For comfort, additional support is required, if using for extended periods, such as working. Update: it's been about 5 months of daily using the chair and it's being put out. It's completely uncomfortable. There is no support for your back and without arms, the issue is magnified. The chair is pretty. Still is. The hydraulics no longer function. It will go up but comes down with any amount of weight. The wheels are still smooth. In the pic, of the cylinder, there is a cap that pops on for aesthetics. Its very noisy, clamouring against each other; an unsettling jangle with every move, chrome is not melodic. LOVE this chair and what I expected. Directions are easy to follow and all tools needed to assemble were provided. Packaging was phenomenal to ensure none of the metal would get scratched and plastic wrap all around the cushions was great as well! I ordered in the 20th and it arrived on the 23rd! It wasn't supposed to get here until the following week so that was an awesome surprise! Cushions are comfortable and plush. The back cushions had a few indents in them but stuff like that doesn't bother me. If you zoom in you can see. Maybe it was from things being pressed against it in the shipping process and will eventually go back to normal. Step 5 was a little difficult getting the screws in but just took a little patience and moving the material out of the way of where the hole was but all in all easy. Took me about 40 minutes to assemble. I was also tending to my 6 mo old so might not take you as long. All in all I absolutely recommend and would buy again! Honestly... I'm so pleased. I read a ton of reviews from all the other velvet task/desk chairs, until I finally took the plunge on this one. The velvet is so beautiful, its not quite true velvet, a little more on the teddy velvet side HOWEVER it is really high quality and so unbelievably soft. It has that lustrous velvet sheen in lighting play. The comfort is so great!! I use this chair on average 9 to 10 hours a day and it feels really great. It's firm but still bouncy, and it helps keep my posture. Over all, I'm just genuinely surprised about the quality and comfort for its price.
