Did not receive the scale until after I left on my trip! Delivery was supposed to be on the 19th and I left on the 22nd. :-(

The time it took to get the product is rediculous. I ordered it overnight (next day) air. The scale cost $20.99 and I paid $23.50 to get it shipped overnight because I needed it in 3 days. It took 7 days to get here!!! I needed it 3 days after I ordered, so it did me no good for this trip. It was here when I returned... The escale works fine and is easy to use. I would recommend the scale to anyone. You can order it from these people if you aren't in a hurry. But if you need it quickly, better look elsewhere.

A very unique gift which is totally usable in so many ways. The men and women loved it. It is also easy to use and directions are easy to understand. I would definitely buy these again for gifts......and I also bought one for myself:)

The product is nice, and it seems to work well from our trial. It's light weight and the weight remains on the scale for plenty of time. I would recommend the product, not the company!!

As for the delivery and service..... That is quite a different story. I ordered this as a gift and was given a ship date and arrival date. It didn't ship as it was scheduled but I never got an e-mail, I called and was told that it was going to ship in the next 2 days. I checked back to track the box after it was finally shipped and it still had the same date as the delivery date. I waited a week and then called back to find out when it was scheduled to arrive. I spoke to a Thomas and voiced my concerns with the lack of communication and the length of time it took to ship and be delivered. I told Thomas that I would not be using this company again and his response was thank you for letting me know. I thought an apology was in order, nothing else but instead I got a thank you. I called back to speak to a supervisor and waited on hold for 10 minutes as they could not locate any supervisors and finally I was forwarded to a voicemail. I left a message voicing my frustration.

I am not sure if the scale is 100% accurate, but it proved to be sufficient enough for my needs. The workmanship of this equipment is not great; the battery would frequently cajole out of place when measuring the weight of the bags. This would prompt me to have to secure the battery and then start the process of weighing the bag again; not the most pleasant way to pass time when on vacation. I would look to spend a little more money on a better made piece of equipment in the future.

I like that you can lift the item and put it down, remove the scale and still read the weight! Super great for a terrible over-packer and now I can have enough room to bring back items instead of shipping them home.
