Shipment was delayed for several weeks time, unfortunately no explanation was offered until I contacted customer service to get details. Still no "good" reason why - just that it would be delayed for several weeks. Delivery went without a hitch and the table arrived in good condition.

The perfect addition to finish the room. A timeless classic.

Delivery company was friendly but left me with a table in a wooden crate that was dropped on my patio. I asked the driver if he would un-crate and his response was he did not have a hammer. Beyond the fact I had to un-crate the table, I was left with a decent pile of wood that I had to cut into small pieces, which I suppose I will burn in the fireplace this winter.

Have loved the Noguchi table for years! When I saw it on sale [...] it was time to order ! I bought it for the living room in Natural Cherry. Don't be fooled by the simplicity and beauty of this table! The 2 pieces of wood for the base supports a hefty piece of glass! It won't move when you throw that cocktail party! Visually it is a feast for the eyes and now I get to feast everyday for years to come!

Table is as expected, beautiful design with impressively thick glass. Slightly disappointed with walnut base because it has a bit less grain variation than pictures suggest.

Delivery service was inept at scheduling. They called me on a Thursday, mid-afternoon, and left a message that they had the table and wanted to schedule delivery. I called back 5 minutes later, got no answer in two attempts so I left a message. No one called back until A WEEK LATER (after I had follow-up-called two more times, never reaching a human other than a receptionist who just transferred me into voicemail). Not delivered until ANOTHER WEEK LATER. So it took a few days for the table to reach the delivery people, and then TWO WEEKS for them to actually deliver it. Unlike the scheduling dolts, the people who delivered and set up the table were friendly, careful, and efficient. They had a little trouble assembling the base.

I would recommend the white glove shipping. The shippers had to use a crow bar to open the box, which was really heavy.

Noguchi table has been a timeless classic. I wanted to get the table for a long time and jumped in when I saw that there was 10% off on it during Thanksgiving. It is in the living room and looks great. The walnut stands have nice grain to them and are of good quality. The glass is thick and heavy and hence substantial. It adds the necessary weight to keep the stand intact. Very elegantly designed. Go buy it.
