I've gotten a lot of comments on this unique headboard and people always ask me where I got it from. I love the pull out cup holder and the sleek leather look and feel of the headboard. I got this headboard in the king size and it fit perfectly with the bed. We didn't get the full bedframe and side rail package but went elsewhere to get it. Because of the high ratings, I thought the leather would look and feel a little nicer in quality. However, for the price, it is still a pretty good deal and I am overall pleased with this purchase. This headboard is comfortable to rest against and I like how its masculine look balances the look of my more feminine sheets and duvet. The legs are lightweight, but rigid and sturdy. A word of caution: The bottom of the headboard fits perfectly with the top of my mattress when the headboard is adjusted at its lowest possible position. At the low position, the bottom of the headboard measures 21.5" from the floor. However, my platform bed frame is taller than most. Therefore, if you have a low platform bed with a regular mattress placed directly on the platform, this headboard would likely be too tall if installed with the legs since there would be a visible gap. This was an excellent headboard. I was originally looking for an oversized "hotel" headboard, but couldn't find one priced <$2000. This black leather headboard is just lovely, and provides my bedroom with a finished look that makes the room "pop" (of course, with additional accessories). It is sturdy, well-built, easy to assemble, and quite attractive. The tufting is well done, and the stitching strong. The leather quality is reasonable (not as soft or thick as some of my jackets), given that it needs to withstand my late night reading sessions. Its lean, stylized look counter-balances some of the softer aspects of my decor. I'd give this a strong recommendation. Especially for the price."..."  Read more

These are a quality item, packaged and protected well during shipping and were shipped out earlier than expected.
