Headboards

I looked extensively for an upholstered headboard in a color that would compliment my bedroom (smoke blue with gray and silver accents) and be within my price range, so I was very pleased when I came across this headboard. This headboard did take awhile to get to me. Before I placed my order I called to make see when I could expect delivery and was told 13 - 16 days. It ended up taking a little longer than that two phone calls to the company to finally get my item 27 days after the order was placed. Once I got the product I was happy I waited. It is beautiful. The fabric isn’t upholstered quit as flawless as it’s show in the picture, but pretty darn close. It’s adjustable so it should work good for any mattress set up, I was worried because my mattress is a little on the high side, and I wanted a tall headboard and this one defiantly goes high enough to show even once all my pillows are displayed on the bed. The color does appear slightly darker than it shows on the website, but it may just be my monitor. Also, since silver is a reflective color it’s important to keep in mind that it tends to take a hint of color to those colors around it. So in my case since my room is blue, it takes a blue hint. The fabric is soft and smooth, but seems durable. Also, as one poster mentioned it is a little wobbly, but all the headboards I have had are the same way, I think it’s simply how they are attached to the frame. All in all, this headboard has certainly made my bed the focus point of my bedroom, I think it’s stunning, especially for the price! It looks much nicer in person than in the online photo. This headboard looks great, [...] and was not very difficult to assemble. My only issue is that it does not come in Cal King size. If you have a Cal King bed you must purchase extension plates in order to make the King headboard fit on a Cal King frame. I got my extension plates for $15 from a local mattress store. Also, the extension plates show a little bit on either side of the bed. I love this headboard and it is as beautiful up close as in the photo. I purchased the king size for our master bedroom in our beach home. The pattern of the headboard pattern fits perfectly with our seashore theme. Hardware is provided to fasten the headboard very securely to the frame so that there is no wobble. The assembly was very easy and I was able to do it myself in less than 15 minutes."..."  Read more

This headboard looks exactly as pictured. It looks sharp and doesn't finger-print easily. The item description says that hardware is not included, but the headboard I received included the hardware necessary to attach to bed frame. Also, the holes in the headboard aligned perfectly with our existing bed frame's holes, allowing for a painless, profanity-free setup. The headboard can be reversed should one of the sides become unsightly scratched."..."  Read more
