Dangerous Door Hinge Flaw, Please Read
Gary from Hobe Sound, FL – Verified Buyer
No problems with Wayfair, Fast Shipping, Good Price for this wardrobe. I am posting this ASAP because I know first hand that there is a Hugh Flaw with the door hinge attachments (Item #8, 5 Sets, 5/8" Hinges, 162 End Leg) that allow the door(s) to easily fall off and injure an adult or even worse do grave harm to a child. The small door on my unit suddenly fell 1 day after installation. This was not a installation gone bad on my part. The large door weighs well over 30lbs, the small door over 20lbs and either one can and will easily fall off when the "friction" screw(s) fail to stay tight. The hardware provided (in my shipment) for the 2 doors is dangerous. Both door are held on by small "friction" screws (3 on the large door, 2 on the small door) with no other support to keep the doors from falling if the screw(s) should become loose. NOTE: The supplied "Assembly Instruction" illustrations appear to show different Door Hinge hardware than supplied (check step 13 or 14). The instructions show a "closed end" door bracket but I received an open end bracket that lets the door(s) fall off if any of the small screws lose friction. I am not crying "Wolf" here. PLEASE check your wardrobe if you've already purchased this item. I've advised Wayfair today and they're on top of this issue and contacted CPSC.GOV. about this item manufactured in China. Thank you for your time.

I wouldn't even give this product one star. Now I know why it was shipped so fast...even this company just wanted it out of its stock as quickly as possible. It was delivered with damaged pieces (the foundation piece was cracked down the middle). Scratches are everywhere. Please save your money. I don't believe wayfair is a trusted google site. I will not be ordering from them again!

I would not even give this product a one star rating, but that is the lowest rating allowed! I bought this product and it arrived a few days later missing several things including the clothing rod as well as the instructions and the pieces to put the product together. I got ahold of a representative form WayFair and let her know all of the items that were missing and she was supposed to put in an order to have ALL items shipped, but a week later when the box arrived it was still missing parts of the armoire and I was told by another representative that they would order it and I should get it 2-3 weeks later, which means that I will have to wait a month OR MORE before I will receive every part for the armoire that I was originally supposed to get! The second representative that I had to speak with was rude and honestly could careless that my order was missed up twice for the same order! Honestly speaking, I probably will never shop at WayFair again, this ruined it for me!!

This armoire needed a little revamping when I put it together. The screws were to short for the weight so I had to use some longer screws. Quality wise it's pretty much what I was expecting so I'll rate it a 4 12. Rating is as a piece of furniture I'd have to rate it a 1. It's definitely not top notch by any means, but it's pretty much what I thought it was going to be so I wasn't really surprised.

The order arrived super fast! For our purposes, which is to have extra clothes storage in the basement, it was fine. Poor quality materials, not very sturdy (my husband had to reinforce the bottom board). This was the cheapest closet/armoire I could find, since it was just going in the basement, and we got what we paid for.

Product itself is a good value. We did not have any problems with damages, etc. The overall quality is nice for the cost. The most outstanding issue is the directions! Two pages of tiny illustrated steps for assembly. It took a magnifying glass to try to figure out the illustrations. The parts were not labeled well either. A lot of patience is required.

It took a large chunk of time to put together. Thankfully, I wasn't the one who had to do it. It is sturdy and provides the extra closet space we needed.
This armoire is going ta be a good match with my needs. Space, enclosed, nice flat top.

Looks nice, clean lines. large capacity. Took us a while to put together. Pros: Again, good lines, spacious, enclosed. Cons: Back panel is flimsy. Does not replicate the quality of the rest of the cabinet.

This is a very heavy piece of furniture, weighing a total of 145 pounds. It was shipped in two boxes, no doubt to help divide the weight, but it still arrived with many scratches and crushed corners. I would be very reluctant to order heavy objects again as they clearly present issues for handling during shipping. I would have returned it but it was so heavy that once I removed it from its packaging I just decided to use it anyway rather than go through the headache (and backache) of trying to return it. Pros: Low cost solution, if you are not worried about quality or long term use. Cons: Cheap press board construction, representing neither high quality or durability; demanding and time consuming assembly.
