Hansgrohe Showerpower Techniflex B 63" Hand Shower Hose

There are things that I like and don't like about this hose. First the likes: The top of the hose swivels so that the hand shower can point any direction you want w/o having to twist the hose. The hose is also very strong and well made. What I don't like is the stiffness of the plastic hose. I wish it was metal and would hang loose (like my Grohe kitchen sink fawcet hose). They only come this way, so that is why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. That said though, I have three of these in various showers at my house, and I feel that they work very well.
