I have only had this for 3 weeks, and no one has slept on it, yet. But I will speak to the features I am already familiar with, and I'll update later if anything needs to be edited. First, it feels somewhat like a bed when you sit on it, but I really like the bouncy effect. This may bother some consumers, as it's a tad different from your normal sofa feel. The blue color is really beautiful -- not too rich not too muted. Putting it together was a chore, as I did it solo, and it was more awkwardclumsy that difficult. I ran into one snag that may help others: when trying to slide the seat back onto the frame, each side has a metal sleeve that slides onto metal arms on the base, and you will HEAR it latchlock in place. One arm wasn't doing this, and I tried brute force unsuccessfully. I finally realized that there was a bolt inside that metal sleeve that wasn't fully screwed in -- that part was factory assembled, so I wasn't initially aware that it was there. But when something was clearly obstructing the path of the arm sliding into the sleeve, I felt around inside the sleeve and could feel the bolt slightly protruding. I simply tightened it with the allen wrench (or hex key) that came with the product. It then latched into place like the other arm had done on the first try. For a while there I was fearing a defect and would have to return it, but I'm glad I slowed down and used my brain instead of brawn! The back fabric panel isn't quite lining up with the velcro connection points, so I need to tweak that, as well. Most people will put the back of it facing a wall, I imagine. But my space is small, and I have to be creative about placement. So I may have to make some minor adjustments to get it to secure smoothly. It isn't the most sturdyhardy of furniture pieces, so please don't expect it to feel like you paid $1200 for it. But it's very functional, very pleasant to look at, and it won't swallow a smaller space like my old sofa. Incidentally, I bought this because the frame of my existing sofa, although in perfect functional condition, is upholstered in faux leather that my cats had destroyed inside of 8 months. So I hope the linen on this Rio piece will be more forgiving, if only by not being as noticeable so soon. The old sofa has white batting coming out of the clawed places on a deep chocolate covering...such an eyesore. (So I covered the frame with a slipcover and am donating it to a needy soul who'll give it a good home.)
Even better than I hoped!

Almost immediately after placing the order for this sofa, I regretted my decision ... I mean a blue sofa hardly fits in with every décor ... but this one did and then some! The material is not as turquoise as pictured, more of a subtle blue with flecks of being in the material that makes it fit in wherever. A big bonus for me is that at on those nights I arrive home from work just pooped, I flip it open, throw on a bed sheet and snuggle with my dog and cat while watching TV. Don't know who's happier for the wider surface to stretch out on, them or me. This gets a high five and two paws up!
Super comfy sleeper bed

Everyone always rolls their eyes when they find out they'll be sleeping on a sleeper bed an for good reason, I've never slept on a comfortable one. This couch is different. As other posters mentioned, it's not the most comfortable couch but the coil mattress is incredibly comfortable for use as a bed which was the most important thing for us. The back support piece has come off multiple times for us but seems to be staying put after we took a mallet to pound it into place. The back of the couch has a fabric panel to cover but it isn't the prettiest thing in the world, I'm glad we have it up against a wall. Also, it can be slightly difficult to convert from couch to bed but once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake.

This is the most comfortable "sleeper sofa" I've encountered. The mattresses are innerspring, making for a great sofa *and* a great bed. it assembles quickly without tools, and looks like just a sofa until you unfold it. It's sturdy and trim, and I adore it.

This is perfect for our apartment. We live on the 3rd floor of a three family house and we couldnt get a couch that was already put together up around the tight corners of our stairway. The delivery guys even brought it all the way up to my front door for me. SUPER easy to put together, i did it myself in maybe 30 minutes. It is a firm couch but that is what I like.
Awesome for guests

we bought this for our guest room/office. My husband and I test slept on it to see if we wanted to keep it. My husband is 6'3 and I am 5'5 it is perfect for two people since it is a full size bed. Do not expect a queen bed because that is not what it is! Comfort level it is great as a couch and a bed. I highly recommend it. It was simple to put together and simple to convert.
Excellent Product and Service

This sofa is exactly what I was looking for: A sleeper sofa that was affordable, did NOT look like a futon, and could fit an actual adult sized person. Plus, the neutral color is fantastic in any room.
SOO Easy to Put Together!

I chose this sofa over some of the other convertible sofas that Wayfair offered, because one of the reviews said it was comfy... and i'm all about comfy! It is, actually, quite comfortable. Has adequate support for sitting, not too deep in the sitting cushion section (which is SO hard to find these days) so that I'm able to sit on the couch, have my feet on the floor and my back against the back. (I know, right?) It came right when the website said it would, minimal damage to the3 box, and none to the couch. It was packed pretty well. It was easy to put together as well, Just snapped together, really. I could've done it by myself, but it was DEFINITELY easier with two. Pros: great value, easy to put together, comfortable. Cons: One side of the bed is a bit higher than the other when folded out, but not so much that it makes sleeping a problem.
Easy to assemble, easy to use!

I have killed my back one too many times from those pull-out sleeper sofas with the metal bar and sloping mattress. I was looking for something that wouldn't take up 75% of the room when open. This Rio more than fits the bill! By pushing the seat for 2 clicks, the back folds down, easily transforming it from a sofa to a bed -- and 1 click to pull it back to a sofa. Compact and comfortable, with built-in coils spring mattress, and a cheery, sturdy red fabric! And it was super-easy for my son and his dad to assemble. NO tools needed. Great price and fast delivery. I couldn't be happier with this online purchase -- it was everything they said it was! Pros: good price, easy assembly, easy to use, comfortable coil springs--no metal bar
Easy to build and comfortable

My fiance and I put this together in about an hour. We were looking for a versatile piece that could be used for our office/guest room/media room and this piece is perfect! It's more comfortable than any pull out couch I've ever slept on. Two adults can fit nicely on it and I appreciate that converting it to a bed doesn't take up all of the floor space of our already small room. Amazing find!
