Great sofa for the den area and comfortable. However I am disappointed with the way the cushions look. They look nothing like the picture and look sloppy. Instructions on putting this together we're horrible. After a few uses, there is a gap between the end cushion and the side of the couch and you can feel the frame.

I purchased two of these sofas and have had them for over a month now. They wrinkling in the fabric is horrible. There are straps to pull on the cushions and so forth that makes them tighter, but for the life of me no matter what I do or how much I tighten those straps I cannot get the wrinkles out. I even left the sofas laid out in the bed position hoping the wrinkles would work themselves out, but they're still there. I love the sofas, but the wrinkles make them look very sloppy. I'm hoping a call into the manufacturer will give me some suggestions to remedy the wrinkles. If it weren't for the rotten wrinkles I would have rated it much higher.
Better than I expected!

I read a lot of reviews for the Puebla before buying it and they were mixed but I still wanted it. I shopped it for weeks then one day it was on sale, one of the Daily Sales, so I bought it for about half off. I was worried about the shipping with it being large (one of the complaints) and possibly getting damaged. When it arrived it was large and the box was a little banged up but the sofa wasn't touched! They package it in such a way that the mattresses are in a cage made of the seat and back securely wrapped in belts. It took me (5'1 female) about 45 mins start to finish to put together. Super easy, just slide the front and back rails onto the bolts, tighten four finger screws, slide the seat and back onto posts, put the two mattresses into their pockets in the cover, slide the cover on and you're done! The fabric is woven upholstery. Just like a normal sofa has. The pillows are the same fabric and have a zipper, so you could use them in another pillow case. It looks just like a sofa. Not a futon. It's very comfortable to sit on and lay on. I have it my bedroom as seating for me and bed for my nieces when they come to visit. I love it so much I'm wanting to get another one for the office.

Conveniently folds out to a bed, but we've only had this couch for a few months and the fabric is already sagging
Sofa will only last a year
anon from TX
I purchased this sofa in August of 2013 and was originally really happy with the purchase. It was easy to assemble (I actually was able to put it together on my own) and it was really comfortable. I loved the ability to convert it to a bed for guests. The color is a bit lighter than what I was expecting, but still nice. Unfortunately, after a few months something strange happened to the one arm rest and the padding became deformed and depressed. Over time there became a larger gap between the seat and the armrest and it seems like the couch is on the verge of falling apart. Most recently the springs on half of the couch are now sagging and broken and it's now very uncomfortable. Overall, I'd recommend this couch if you are looking for something that will last less than a year, or if you don't plan on using it often. Otherwise, I'd look for something a bit more sturdy! Pros: price, easy assembly Cons: poor construction, won't last
Sofa and Futon

Has been a great addition to the living room, the futon serving as a sturdy and comfortable "bed" for a friend for months! highly recommend!

Comfortable to sit or sleep, my only complaint was that one footboard arrived with the screw having pierced the upholstery and it is a little tricky to open but very stable.

The middle cushion came with a huge wrinkle in it.I can't imagine that it wear too well over time.
