the service and delivery were fine. we talked the ups man to put the couch in the room where we wanted it, since we are elderly.

I was pleasantly surprised with this sofa! We purchased it for overflow company and we wanted something that didn't take up half the room like the typical pull-out sofa. The material color and texture are just like it looks on the internet but better. My husband kept joking that it was a blow up couch because it came in a box and the packaging says that it takes time to expand after you put it together as it is compresse for shipping. It looks great!
