The overall package was received in good condition, despite the cover smells a little. Assembly was not easy as I did it by myself. The quality of the couch is good and it looks nicer than in the picture.

I was looking for a small couch that could accomodate guests and did not want to spend a ton of money plus the store I had been shopping at quoted me an 8 week delivery time so I decided to take my search online. I found this couch and the reviews were somewhat mixed. Overall I am very happy with the couch. It is comfortable, the color is neutral and goes well with our accents, and it was very easy to put together (I did it myself with only the tools provided in approximately an hour). How often can you say that? I have had Ikea furniture that has taken me longer to construct than a space shuttle.... The size is perfect for our apartment. I have to say that I was extremely scared when I saw the box that the couch came in - don't be alarmed, it is vaccuum packed and will expand to a normal size! So the cons....I am not sure if this is normal or if I still don't have the cover on quite right, but the seat cushions bunch up after you sit on it. It does go back to shape and look normal after a couple of hours of not sitting on it (or quicker if you smooth them out), but it does make the couch look a little cheap. However, it was inexpensive and it is great for us for now in our small apartment and overall looks very nice. The dark legs on the bottom dress it up and it is easy to convert into a bed for an overnight guest. Knowing everything I know after over a month of ownership, I would still purchase the couch again.

I wondered if it made sense to shop for a couch that I could not sit on for the 'fit', however the size and price were too good to pass up for a sofa bed. It was not hard to assemble, all parts were included, (would be much easier if two people put it together-as I did it by myself.) Shipping was very affordable and was totally on time w Fed EX. I am used to assembling furniture from Ikea and this was similar(allen wench included). I am intending to use it mainly as a couch, and it is good looking and comfortable.

I needed a couch that could fit into my newly updated basement. I was nervous about ordering a couch I hadn't actually sat on, but decided to give it a try. I love it! It looks great, it's comfortable, and it was quite easy to put together. They say you need two people, but I did it myself with no problem. So glad I made this purchase!

Shipping was fast! Nice looking sleeper for the price....real happy about that!!! Unfortunately, the smell (after opening) took about 4 days to be rid of. I have also slept on the couch part only to awake with being sore. Waiting for guest to try the sleep out portion for feedback. So far, happy with purchase! Love shopping at Wayfair!

Ok to make a very long story as short as possible, I cannot say enough about my purchase of the Convert A Couch. I ordered a sofa sleeper from a local furniture store, (paid a lot more for it than the convert a couch) they set up delivery right away. They could not get it around the corner down the hallway to the den, so I sent it back. I started thinking about what my options were, the only way was to get something that could be assembled in the room. so I did an internet search - hence the Convert A Couch. Unbelievable fast delivery, price was 13 of what I originally paid at my local furniture store and the quality is amazing. I am sitting on it right now and is completely comfortable. As a bed, way better than a sofa sleeper, as the mattress is thick and like a real mattress, not a thin thing like a sofa sleeper. I bought a pillow top pad for it and my guests rave about the comfort for sleeping. So if you are looking for something for an apartment with issues in getting things through doors, etc, there is hope. the assembly was easy, Handy Living has a website that talks you through the assembly if you are not into reading directions! The delivery was exactaly on the day they said it would be. I watched the tracking that they sent when the item shipped. The package was fla and compact, but took 2 of us to move, which I would have expected for a sofa. Wayfairs service was perfect!

I was a little concerned about buying a couch without sitting on it first, but I took a chance, and Im glad I did! This is very comfortable and opens up to a nice, comfy full-sized bed. It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to put together.
