A modern Shakti weave rug in beige. This Links Sample rug is a one-of-a-kind design that was handcrafted in Nepal as a colorway prototype. It was made of 100% wool using our Shakti quality construction with a pile height around 0.28 inches and a soft, luxurious feel. The pattern is a beautiful interlocking design with rows of alternating colors. Links have a field of beige with neutral tones of moleskin, heather gray, steel blue, and light beige.

Cathedral Rose Custom utilizes a traditional design in a unique fashion. Constructed using our Shakti weave, this one-of-a-kind rug has a pile height of 0.28 inches and was hand-knotted of 100% Tibetan wool.

Rag Weave is typically made in Nepal using our Shakti Weave with silk, but this rug was made with Lama Weave in 100% wool. It is likely they were produced for a commercial interior design firm intended for a hotel or elevator lobby. We call such rugs "lonely custom rugs" because while they did not work for the original customer or project, we hope they find a home with someone that will love them for what they are, gorgeous one-of-a-kind sizes of one of our best Walz designs. It's possible that the original customer decided they could not live without silk, or they needed the actual size to be larger. Tufenkian Tibetan all wool Lama Weave is preferred n high traffic commercial spaces. The pile height meets the under one-half-inch ADA requirement and Lama has also been tested for drag/resistance to wheelchairs, etc. Why two rugs? It's probably the plan was to use one and keep the other on hand to rotate when the first rug is being cleaned.

This Streets of Paris Caramel runner is a one-of-a-kind carpet of this popular design and was originally produced for a custom project which is why it is available in a unique 5'3" x 22'8" size. Streets of Paris Caramel is in beautiful condition and was made in Nepal of Himalayan wool with a high silk content using the Tufenkian Shakti weave, giving it a pile height of approximately 0.28 inches. The caramel colorway is a gorgeous light caramel brown and beige with lavender accents. Designed by Vicente Wolf, the Street of Paris rug is modern but possesses the wistful elegance of a bygone era.

This handcrafted Armenian Horizon rug was made in Armenia with 100% wool with a weave similar to the Iranian Gabbeh. They complement each other rather than match, and are an investment in child-labor free, hand-knotted artisan quality rugs. The colors on these are very subtle, the abrash lends amazing texture.
