This cooker will do a pot roast in three hours using the probe. I love that it automatically goes to warm when the set temp is achieved. All functions work as described. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a lid holder.

This product was exactly what I was looking for and more. It is very easy to program and easy to clean. I just fill it, set it and forget it and head to work.
