Mixes great and evenly. This product is very powerful with many speed options and I love how the wire beaters and Whisk fit into the storage case. Can't go wrong with this mixer for the price.

I only used this for boxed cake mixes but I found this to be weighted just perfectly and did it's job when it came to mixing. I love the clip on case with a cutout for the cord and the ease of storing this mixer. I am really excited about the whisk attachment and will be making gluten-free crepes very soon with it! [...]
