I Love It!
Stacy from Las Vegas, NV – Verified Buyer
I wanted a Keurig but didnt want to spend $100+ for one. When I saw this maker that would take K cups for much less I was thrilled! The fact that it takes pods & grounds is a huge bonus too. I have used it hundreds of times and have not encountered any problems except with Peets brand K cups. I didnt realize they have a thin plastic film on the top (over the foil) that a Keurig punches through with no problem but this maker would not punch cleanly through, causing the water to spill over top and no coffee to come out. I have had many different brands and have not seen this plastic on any other brands. I use this several times a day and consider it one of my best finds!
Make it my way, and make it good!

Although our household of coffee drinkers can easily go through a full pot, they go through it at different times of the day. My son has a cup first thing in the AM. Grandma has her coffee about three hours later and dad has his after that. The quality of the coffee couldn't possibly be "donut worthy". This little brewer is delightfully versatile, using cups OR grounds of your choice. An economical option I like. The brew cycle is fast, the process is simple enough- pour in the water, pop in the cup or grounds, and press the button. The brewer is a space saver and although light in weight it is not a light weight in coffee production. I would highly recommend this brewer for its flexibility and dependability.
What a deal!

I must admit I was a bit skeptical because it was not a Keurig but now I am delighted with this product! It works as quickly as its competitor and brews a great cup of coffee I especially like the self-storing feature for the additional brew basket. It also accommodates a large travel mug. I recommend this coffee maker for those with limited counter space. Over all I consider this a bargain.
Works for me!

This is a great comparible to the Keurig for less price and more options without having to buy extra pieces like the Keurig. This coffee maker comes with everything you need to either use the Kcups or loose coffee. It is definitely worth half the price of the Keurig!
Lower price alternative....
ronald from cincinnati, OH – Verified Buyer
Bought this because I didn't want to pay the higher price of Kuerig. I am happy with the quality of the maker and the speed of making a cup. I am experimenting with different brands of the k cups because all are not created equal! The option to use loose grounds makes this very versatile. Delivery was fast and price was right!
This is a great purchase!

Easy to set up and start using. Makes great coffee using ground coffee or k-cups. The permanent filter is very easy to clean. Plus it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Other k-cup coffee makers are more than twice the cost of this one. Great buy!
4.5 stars - really happy with the flex brew so far.
Tara from Atlanta, GA – Verified Buyer
The only reason I can't quite give this brewer 5 stars is two-fold - I haven't yet tried loose coffee grinds (nor loose tea leaves, which I am interested to experiment with in the machine); but I have tried both various types of k-cups as well as tea bags, and it has been excellent (if a little messy) with each. Only issues I've experienced (the messiness) come from the fact that it is a bit of a slower (more classic coffee maker percolation) brew than the Keurig machines - so it can sometimes sputter, leaving a bit of a mess along the wall of the stand. But! it wipes clean very easily and I actually prefer that it brews just a teeny bit slower, allowing the water to heat up to the right temperature and giving the coffee a bit extra time to steep. Overall - loving this purchase! Pros: ease of use Cons: slower percolation can cause sputtering, needing the machine to be wiped down more frequently
GREAT MACHINE; FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!
Munchi from New England – Verified Buyer
My first cup was disastrous and left quite a mess all over my counter, but to be fair, it was my fault for not following the directions. I decided to brew a second cup with the additional filter, and voila, no mess! I haven't had another issue since using the additional filter. I use a measuring cup to fill the reservoir to control spillage and ensure I only put 8 ounces in it. The selling point was the versatility of being able to use coffee grounds, k-cups, and pods. The only down side is that the stand limits your cup size; I wish the stand was in two stackable pieces rather than one big piece to accommodate more cup options, but I'm very pleased with my purchase!
SUPER HOT COFFEE
April from national city, CA – Verified Buyer
I'm giving it 5 five stars only because its probably the only single serve coffee machine that brews coffee up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that this machine isn't compatible with all k-cups. So if you find that your favorite k-cup doesn't fit, you can always just open it up and pour it into the coffee filter that comes with the machine.
Best of both
Marilia from West Palm Beach, FL – Verified Buyer
My husband and I are casual coffee drinkers but avid tea drinkers. We wanted something that would be able to brew both without having to put the kettle on if only one of us was craving a hot and tasty beverage. We figured something that could brew a K-Cup and loose coffee or tea would work best. The machine works great and it's super easy to clean. Also, it didn't cost an arm and a leg like a Keurig. Just be careful putting water in the reservoir, it fills up quickly. Use a bottle to pour water or you might have spills.
