The classic companion for brilliant baking, this stand mixer features a unique head that orbits around the bowl as the beater rotates in the opposite direction. it is a toy not worth it the worst item I purchased. It functions like a plastic mixer ( toy). I put butter and flour and the mixing tool did turn but it did not reach the dough batch. |

Not a replacement for Kitchen Aid Motor burned out Don't do anything thicker than cakepancake batter with this one. Even though it says it does cookie dough and other thick batters, the first time I made banana bread and added the last cup of flour the motor was dead within a couple minutes, and no, I did not push quick burst. |

Good for medium size jobs The beaters can't handle small amounts, but since it can double as a hand mixer, you can start the mixing using the device as a hand mixer then as you add ingrediants, put it back on the stand. Excellent for a first mixer. |

Great Daily Mixer I needed a mixer for every day use and I didn't have a lot of time to look, nor a huge amount of cash to drop on any new small appliances. After quickly browsing I noticed that this unit was very well priced and had a stronger motor, and more features that similarly priced mixers so I went for it. It has performed better than I could have expected and I did not need to buy another, better model that I researched. This was something I really anticipated having to do in four to six months, but it has held together so well almost a year later. The mixer works best on the stand for light and fluffy things like frosting and meringues, but heavy jobs are best done off the stand and held in your hand. Because of the way it is shaped it is easy for anyone to grab hold of and control. I have really small hands and always have a hard time with things but this was not an issue. Everything is really easy to was too so I highly recommend it. I use mine at least eight to ten times a week for everything from breakfast batters to desserts to prepping meals. The one and only thing that I do not like is attaching and removing the mixer from the stand, its not a pop on and off like they make it look, but requires a little jiggling. |
