Stylish, but brews slow.

Product Review

I love the way it LQQKS, but it is awkward to fill, and it brews VERY slow. To me, the permanent filter basket is just a messy thing to deal with, so I still use a paper filter as well. I DO LOVE the adjustable shut off timer, the bright blue light from the clock eliminates the need for a night light in the kitchen, and the fact that it's programmable, So far it get's high marks for performance because it does filter the water, no carafe to mess with, and my taller mugs fit under the dispenser without moving the whole machine to the edge of the counter. All in all, 4 stars from us. We use it every day!

This was a Christmas present that replaced a previous HB BrewStation model. So far my wife loves it. She misplaced the users guide but I was able to find it online. Once she figured out how it works she was off and running. She loves that the higher profile allows her to easily fill her travel mug in the morning.

I really like the new brewstation. It is nice not to have to deal with a carafe. However it stuff leak some when it is making the coffee.

Service Review

Ireceived someones toaster oven instead of my coffee pot. When I called customer service they were very nice and she worked hard to get it straigtened out. They had UPS pick up the items and rediliver them to the right person. This added over a week to the time it took to get the item.

The burner is set too hot, so it doesn't take long for the whole pot to be ruined. Plus, overheating coffee ruins the taste.
