Karin Machanic from Underhill, VT	3.0 8/27/2012 Mixer works reasonably well I find this mixer a bit cumbersome if you use the beater storage case - not really necessary. Also, while it works well, it could have a slower first speed, since the #1 is quite fast for being "slow". My old mixer had a very slow first speed, helpful in mixing betters with dry ingredients without splattering. Was this helpful? Yes / No
Michael Murphy from Shawsville, VA	1.0 6/20/2012 blowing flour around I used the mixer a few times and would not order it anymore. Every time during the mixing process the dry ingredients are all over nearby the mixing area (seriously all over the mixer, on the counter and everything that is near the mixing bowl). I never had such a problem with my old mixer. I would rather purchase an ugly looking mixer that works great instead of the other way around. Was this helpful? Yes / No

With this mixer you can prepare, extra thick batters, regular cake batters and whisk egg whites for a perfect merangue. Best of all, the special beaters are kept in a case.
