Great Value, Fast Shipping Product Review The Hamilton Beach coffee urn arrived as promised, ahead of the estimated delivery date. The total price was less than the store price at Wal-mart, even with shipping charges added. This is my first purchase from Wayfair and I would use them again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it is an economy line model, by my choice. Service Review Arrived quickly as promised and shipment was in excellent condition. |

Bought to heat hot water I purchased the coffee urn for my esthetics treatment room as there wasn't running water close by and I didn't want to leave clients while I ran back and forth for hot water. I originally left the coffee basket and pump in but it proved to be too noisy so I just took it out and it worked great. Water is VERY hot so I have to have another dispenser of cool water. I find the power cords shortness to be very inconvenient and the energy consumption causes the breaker to flip if I run anything else while it's percolating. Other than that, it holds more than an adequate amount of water, is fairly easy to fill and I'm sure would make great coffee if the need arose. |

We use it in the office daily. Beats lining up at the coffee shop. We fill it with water and coffee before we leave work and all we do is plug it in every morning and have coffee in 15-20 mins for the whole office all day. It pours neatly with no mess at all. |

Pretty Much Awesome Used to make Hot chocolate for a party and it worked very well. Literally filled it with water, let it heat up, and dumped a canister of hot chocolate. Tasted great! The outer surface gets super hot though so be careful to warn party-goers. Also be cautious when cleaning so as not to burn your hands. |
