We have used this to make Mozzarella sticks, cheese dings, fried chicken and jalapeno poppers! Everything was cooked to perfection. I love that it has a digital temperature display. I would definately recommend this product again!

This is an awesome deep fryer. It has a large capacity. We can do a huge batch of fries for our family of 4 and around 20-25 chicken wings at a time! Easy to clean and cooks great!

I absolutely love this deep fryer! I have tried so many deep fryers in the past and none have measured up to this one. My chicken and egg rolls come out just as I like them and they are not all that greasy as with frying them on the stove. So far, I have only used it for about three weeks and have not found anything wrong as of yet.

Although this fryer works perfectly well for cooking food, I should have read the description more closely because I am disappointed in some of the features. 1. You cannot use the fryer without the basket. This is a problem when cooking foods with a wet batter as they stick to the bottom of the basket even when the basket is lowered into the oil first as recommended. 2. It is not easy to clean. My previous fryer had an easy method for draining and removing the oil which this fryer does not have. 3. The lid is not attached at all. This means that when frying food in batches, the lid must be completely removed each time you need to remove and then refill a batch of food. You must have a clear space nearby to set the lid down or try to hold the lid in one hand while completing the food task with the other. As far as cooking goes, this fryer gets the job done. The indicator light for the temp of the oil is easy to see and the timer seems to work well. The next time I need to purchase a fryer, I will be looking more closely at the specific features that I liked in my previous fryer. I love this item. I was reluctant when I saw the break away cord, but I know that's what the experts recommend. It didn't seem stable and I thought that I would be constantly replugging it back into the fryer. I have never had any problems with the cord. I have fried everything from fish to chicken to fries and it doesn't leave an old residue from the fish taste on the fries. I love this product!
