Had previously purchased the same processor from a department store, both my wife and I found that one to perform above and beyond. We were elated when we could buy the same food processor, with the blade that was originally optional and an extra fee,included in the price and at a cost of $10.00 less. It arrived in perfect condition and at the time guaranteed. Will use this site again.

A little tricky getting the container and top locked in place. But other than that. Works well.

I've never owned a food processor before, but I was spending way too much time in the kitchen chopping. I got this one based on reviews (here and elsewhere) and price, and I'm very pleased. The biggest test for me was its onion-chopping capabilities. I wanted them chopped or minced, not pureed. Big thumbs up! A couple of pulses gives a satisfactorily uniform larger chop; a few more pulses will give a fine mince. With my main test out of the way, I moved on. I have made salad dressing and pie crust in the processor. I've sliced cucumbers and shredded cheese. I've diced ham. I was happy with the performance on all of these tasks. When I chopped carrots for soup, it worked fine, but it did discolor the bowl a little bit. I just sprayed it with a kitchen cleaner w/ bleach before popping it in the dishwasher and it came out sparkling clean and clear. Which leads me to one more thing: while it does take up quite a bit of room on the top rack, I love that I can just toss it in the dishwasher. I'm really enjoying this food processor!

I used this food processor when I was preparing my Thanksgiving dinner. The first time I used it I used it to crush ginger cookies to make a crust for a cheesecake. It chopped through the hard cookies in just a few seconds. Next I used it to make my deviled eggs. If you want a lump free and smooth filling for your deviled eggs using a food processor is the way to go. Again just a couple of pulses and the eggs yolk was chopped. I love it.

You can bet I'm going to be playing with this bad boy! I can already see the ease with which I'll be making homemade salsa! No more jarred stuff in our house!!! [Woo-hoo! And that's gonna save us some money in the long run!!!] Cutting and dicing are a thing of the past!!!

I love this food processor! I use it mostly to grate cheese because I hate buying the processed grated cheese at supermarkets. I use it mostly to prepare salads and I have recently used it to make fresh salsa!

I use this product to mix batters, mince veggies and make all sorts of yummy food. I've never had a food processor before so I'm still figuring out all the wonderful ways I can use it. I love how easy it is to use and the quick cleanup. It's top rack dishwasher safe so it's perfect for a busy mom's kitchen. The only trouble I'm having with it is using the slice/shred disc. I can't seem to get my veggies to shred without them bouncing all around the feed tube but again, this may be due to my inexperience with a food processor and haven't found the "trick" to properly feeding. I'm sure I'll use this food processor for years to come.

I love this processor, it's fast , quiet, efficient... and a really great deal.

Customer service agent I spoke with was very helpful, delivery was very good, arrived in good packing condition all I had to do was place it in the suitpcase for trip back home. Easy setup, was used for seasoning, really pleased with the texture. There are four suction cups which keeps it in place so hands are free to add ingredients. Absolutely love it.
