So far so good

Product Review

I bought this little freezer for our RV ( we live in it). We like it a lot. It just fit in the space we had. Just filled it yesterday, and it is freezing the food very hard. I was a little reluctant to buy this unit after reading some of the reviews, but so far I am very happy with it. I have had very good luck with Haier appliances, which is why I purchased it even though some bad reviews. Would have given a 5 star but havent had it long enought to judge how long it will last.

Service Review

The unit arrived in perfect condition. The box inside a box seemed to help as the outer box had a little damage. The bubble wrap kept the inside box in perfect shape.

Buy at your own risk

It stopped working after 9 months. Spoiled a bunch of food. Haier will charge you [$] to mail the power cord and supporting documentation plus the cost of postage to mail it all to them in order to replace it. Chinese manufacturing at its best.
