My mom bought it for our 2 year old birthday and it is a perfect durable all wood kitchen. It is getting abused right now cause she uses it not as a kitchen but as a shower, and a drawing board for her crayons... It is durable. Assembly took about 2 hours as expected no big deal and my husband was pretty quick about it. Lots of parts and two large boxes came with it... Great play kitchen!

hard to assemble

It looked nice in the picture on the website. When we recieved the box, it was a bit overwhelming with how many peices it contained. It took a while and was not easy to do. The quality is ok, but not great. Im sure the kids will love playing with it.

Worth the Build Time!

[...] we were very excited to recieve our kitchen for our two year old daughter. Then came the 2+ hours of assembly....But it was all worthwhile! The kitchen is quite large, with ample storage and play space - enough for more than one toddler/young child. The smooth finishing and muted colors make for an attractive, albeit large piece of furniture in our playroom.My only criticism is that the finishes are a bit delicate, and scratched a bit during shipping and/or construction. Nothing super noticeable, but a bit disappointing nonetheless.Overall, though, I would highly recommend this slighltly more sturdy than MDF-product as a good compromise for those who prefer not to go with the "plastic fantastic" but are not prepared to spend $300+ for a "real wood" set.
