I purchased this easel for my toddler after reading the reviews, (which I have since surmised must have been written by representatives of the company) for Christmas. 3 days before Christmas, I opened it and found the worst quality product I have ever received. The 'chalkboard' is wood painted green, not with chalkboard paint, with GREEN PAINT. the white 'board' is indeed white, however, it appears to be a rumpled sheet of aluminum painted white that they didn't even bother to try and glue down. [...] please save yourself the trouble and don't purchase this product.

Service Review

Although the shipping was especially fast, and the customer service representative seemed sincere, I won't deal with this company again due to the unreliable quality of the products that they sell and their unwillingness to absorb the shipping charges - neither the 'free' shipping that they actually charge you for if you try to return a product, nor the return shipping charges that you will incur after receiving an inferior product through no fault of your own. All in all, I'm angry, frustrated and without a gift for my daughter 3 days before Christmas. Not a good experience.

Bought this for my granddaughters 4th birthday. She is painting pictures for all of us. She loves this easel, and, we are very pleased with it.

Overall this is a great value. The only issues I have are that it's a little tall for my 2-year-old and that the paper doesnt cover the surface of the board (or stay put!) It comes without accessories, so you need to put the cups in yourself.

I ordered 2 one for each of my two year old granddaughters for there Birthday. We are out of town so I had them sent right to them. They came on time and where very easy to put together, also they are well made! The girls have really enjoyed them already. I feel this is a gift that will grow with them!
