I give it only four stars because I've only used it for several different items, but, if it continues on its track, it'll soon be five stars."

I love how hot it gets and I love the coating. I just wipe out with a wet paper towel. I only wish it had higher sides so the food wouldn't fall over the edges when I stir it. I am using it for stir fries since nothing else, including the stovetop gets hot enough. And my skillets after a stirfry are usually pretty black on the bottom and require a lot of scrubbing.
