The dollhouse is cute. The price is not expensive compare for the look and the price of it. The construction is a bit confusing and took me to read about 3 times before I can figure it out. I have to use knife cut the pieces of wood again and sand them before paint and then put them together in order. If you plan to make it, don't forget to it step by step. If any pieces of the wood fall out before it step, write down the number and what it is on it. the wood is a bit thin. I have to be careful to pull it out slow and make sure the edge is not break. Over all, the dollhouse is really cute and the furniture is ok.
